HOW DO WE SHIP?

Grail Vault Collections takes pride in making sure every order is packed with care and intention in mind. Most orders will ship via USPS Ground Advantage. This allows us to provide the quickest, and most affordable shipping rates possible, while also protecting you as the buyer. If you prefer another method of shipping please contact us BEFORE placing and order so we can make special arrangements for you.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Grail Vault Collections is currently a one-man owned business. But we aim to pack and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of order placement excluding holidays and weekends. For anything ordered Friday evening - Sunday evening, those orders will be packed and shipped out early Monday morning.

WHAT ABOUT PRE-ORDERS?

At this time we are not accepting pre-orders. But it may be a service we will offer in the future.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE A LEGIT BUSINESS?

We understand, sometimes buying from an online reatailer can be sketchy, (we get it), to ease the fears, check below for links to Grail Vault Collections social media accounts, and our eBay account by searching @pokebrybry where we’ve done other sales in the past. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can accept cancellations but at a 3% fee (to just cover the credit authorizations the credit companies made charge us).

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STOLEN OR LOST?

GRAIL VAULT COLLECTIONS cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS. At the point of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package.  

If you believe theft may be likely, We suggest you purchase a $4 shipping upgrade that will require USPS to obtain a signature upon delivery. 

If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, Grail Vault Collections may provide a full refund or replacement depending on the situation.
